Domestic Shipping (USA)
Unbreakable Gear uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all orders. You will be provided with a tracking number via the USPS and once the order has been shipped, all concerns about location and arrival date should be addressed with the USPS. No CODs.
Gear custom makes your order with all other orders after the pre-order
cut-off date. We do not make any orders ahead of time. The customized
production of your order is typically about 5-7 business days and
time-in-transit is approximately 2-3 business days (unless other pre-arrangements have been made.) Wholesale order shipping information will be specified on order to order basis.
your package is lost or undelivered you must notify Unbreakable Gear
immediately. Once the package has been confirmed lost or undelivered
with the USPS, Unbreakable Gear will replace the lost item(s).
International Shipping (Outside USA)
Gear uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all international
orders. Tracking numbers will not be available to all countries and
often times, the tracking will only follow the package until it enters
the destination country. In most cases, the destination country will be
responsible for the actual delivery of the package to the purchaser.
Unbreakable Gear and the USPS will only be held responsible for the
package until it enters the destination country. Any package that is
lost, damaged or undelivered after it has entered the destination
country will be the responsibility of that country's postal service and
all concerns should be addressed to them. On International orders certain shipping restrictions do apply.
International orders shipping rate is calculated based on total weight and shipped via the USPS.
