How do I return an item?

All return requests for non-custom items must be filed within 24 hours of item's delivery.
NO RETURNS on customized items.

NO RETURNS on PRE-ORDER or Limited Addition Apparel & items.

NO CASH RETURNS- EXCHANGES ONLY. Shipping costs are NOT Refundable and are the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Unbreakable Gear Will assume responsibility for the following:

-Damaged items**

-Stained items

-Items that do not match ordered items

-Irregular items

Unbreakable Gear WILL NOT be held responsible for the following issues:

-Sizing /Fit issues

-Change of color

-Change of design

-Item exchanges

-Dissatisfaction with quality. All specifications of our quality are clearly listed on the site.

Unbreakable Gear will not accept returns that:

-Have been clearly worn

-Have been washed

-Have visible stains or marks

-Have odor

Unbreakable will exchange all acceptable returns for an identical item only. No changes can be made.

Unbreakable Gear will exchange non-customized items for alternative sizes, but the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.

Unbreakable Gear is not responsible for any typographical errors on this site and retains the right to make changes to pricing and policy at any time, without notice.
